Help out Unter Null
Erica Dunham's (Unter Null, Stray) studio went up in flames last night. She is OK, but lost EVERYTHING before fire crews could extinguish the flames. Her new album, all of her gear and computers, all of her hard work, all of it is gone. Her and her family are currently living in a hotel room.

Oh shit. That's one of my biggest nightmares. I'm very surprised that an external HD was not used to save everything "just in case." I do this because I fear this scenario so much.

I feel so incredibly bad for her. =(

Ugh :/

We just had flooding in our apartment, but nothing important was damaged.

I keep my external HD right next to my computer actually -- more for typical hard drive failure than a serious disaster.

I'll gladly donate some new gear if she wants it. :) I have some nice new studio monitors that are still new in the box. I emailed her. I also have some software.
