New Prometheus Burning song featured on Generation RX vol.2 compilation!

Back in 2002, the record label No Room For Talent released a very limited cassette compilation entitled Generation RX. Each copy was dubbed and packaged by hand, and featured some of the most known, and unknown Breakcore and Experimental Electronic artists of that time. This release quickly became legendary and very coveted by collectors. Original copies have been known to sell for over $100. Now here in the year 2009, No Room For Talent out does itself once again with the long anticipated sequel Generation RX vol.2. Preorders available now, no prescription needed. See the blurb below:

“The roots of destruction have tunneled long into the womb of the land, reaching into the very essence of the world, leaving all things scorched and barren. Passersby look down in shame at what was, should never and... will never be again. Life has no meaning but to continue on a road that only sorrow knows. As men falter and bury themselves in the dust, it is but the dying generation who will know the truth behind the lies.
"Keep taking your pills.
Plague called huMANity review - Side-Line

Another review of Plague called huMANity popped up today, this time from Side-Line! They misspelled VanEck's name a couple times, but beyond that it is a positively radiant review! Check it:

It’s always heartwarming for a reviewer when a band comes into their own, and Prometheus Burning have done so in spades with “Plague Called HuMANity”. While their rhythmic noise roots are hardly forgotten, there’s an occult twinkle in this duo’s eyes that’s akin to Skinny Puppy at their most arcane… and yet they manage to never feel ‘retro’ while clearly citing such influences. Their cover of Ministry’s seminal “You Know What You Are” may conclude this disc, yet it’s sinister bass synth descendant supercedes and emphasizes this sonic lineage in “Blackmagick Tongue”, where Nikki Telladictorian’s nasal cries and a stuttering typewriter beats tangle with crusty film samples and cawing metallic synths. Still, even when Telladictorian’s Kali-like presence remains absent, her partner Greg VenEch proves even his hoarse whispers can leave moments like the crackling, snare-chewing “Realm Of Thee Divine” equally haunting. Though Telladictorian certainly dominates this disc, all of ProBurn’s best features can be found in “Ouroboros Deathride”, an epicenter which allows VenEch’s hypnotic hiss, Telladictorian’s pointed wails, and fuzzy analog disco riffs to coalesce into a catchy morsel of controlled chaos. While there seems to be a general renaissance of electronic bands vying for intelligence over club marketability, “Plague Called HuMANity” is even exceptional in that esteemed field.

VM (8/9), Side-Line

Plague called huMANity review - Hard Wired

We just stumbled upon this rather positive review of our album "Plague called huMANity" by Hard Wired. They also had some good words to say about Crunch Pod too. Check it out:

The Crunch Pod label has, it seems, cornered the market in nearly-but-not-quite experimental releases that are accessible enough to have a (fairly) wide appeal & yet are always surprising & offbeat enough to keep you on your toes. This release, from the duo of Nikki Telladictorian & Greg VanEck, is probably the best example I've heard of how successful a refusal to play by the rules can be with a style that is by turns inventively rhythmic, abstract, darkly atmospheric & overtly melodic while Nikki's equally unique effected vocals add an almost punky edge. This is best borne out by 'Realm Of Thee Divine' where a number of disparate elements are combined, like an imperfect musical jigsaw, to make for a feel that is offbeat yet ultimately accessible enough for anyone who's not expecting anything too easy-on-the-ear. The preceding title track offers another demonstration of how to sound innovative without any rampant experimentalism while 'Deluge', likewise, moves through a number of changes, from its abstract atmopsheric opening, through a cacophonous rhythmic barrage & on to an almost majestic latter half, although the continuing underlying rhythmic cascade provides a strong counterpoint as well as a continual impetus. In contrast, 'Genovese Syndrome' offers an altogether harsher aspect with some muscular rhythms providing a potent backbone for some scything lead sounds. Having said that, a bit of patience is in order as the opening double header of 'The Box (Whispers From Within)' & 'Mother Of Abominations' come across as clever rather than enjoyable, not really setting the world alight & it's only with the mutated guitar riffs that form the basis of 'Blackmagick Tongue' that really engage the mind. This is probably the closest that the original tracks get to their stated Ministry influence, although there's also a cover of 'You Know What You Are' which is actually on track 69, at the end of the album (I'm guessing, or should that be hoping, there's some reason beyond the obvious for this!), offering a satisfying closer by combining an assertive bassline with steady, strong supporting rhythms in a manner that characterized a number of tracks, not least. But for all these accessible moments that innovative edge is still present to keep you from becoming too complacent with 'The Weeping And Gnashing Of Teeth' sounding like a mutated old-skool synthpop track put through the industrial grinder while the short piano-led interlude that is 'False Prophets' leads directly into 'Confronting Pandora' which seems to be the duo's one concession to dancefloor considerations, coming closest to the the popular electro sound with a typically dancey, synthetic feel but while it may get them widespread dancefloor appeal the album offers far more than that, striking the perfect blend between the innovative & the accessible.

- Carl Jenkinson [7/10], Hard Wired

Prometheus Burning news - September 2009

- Schizophrenia 4 weekend was intense to say the least. It's been a few days now, and it seems like everyone involved is finally coming back down to reality and starting to absorb the immensity of it all. It's been a "tagging frenzy" on Facebook as everyone has been posting pictures, video's, and blog entries trying to break it all down into easy to swallow chunks of jagged chaos. We have uploaded some pics and vids, and was trying to think of a way to write about it without typing a small novel... but then just today Surachai of Trash Audio posted a video that we feel says it all for us. His video even captured some brief footage of the police raid... this is the only footage, except for the clip of In Broken Key getting arrested, that we are aware of. Some of us had our camera's/phones out... but when they started beating and threatening everyone with glocks, batons, and pepper spray, that changed a lot of minds about trying to record anything real quick. So yeah, watch and experience what hardcore electronic music is all about... I don't think any of us know for sure exactly what that is... but whatever it is, it's all contained and encrypted within this video:

<lj-embed id="5" />

- We have a very special show coming up this month in Pittsburgh! Our performance will be part of an art/fetish event featuring Live Suspension Hangings, Burlesque Dancers, Bondage Performers, Gallery showings by Morose & Macabre, and much more. See the flyer and show info below:

The Atrocity Exhibition
Saturday, September 26, 2009

Gallery Showings by:

Morose & Macabre

Music Performances by:

Prometheus Burning

Agnes Wired For Sound

Fetish Performances by:

The Bridge City Bombshells

The Hook Is Family

The House of Deville featuring Bethanne Phetamine Drag Guignol in Bondage

@ THE REX THEATER
1602 EAST CARSON ST PITTSBURGH, PA 15203
412-381-6811
Doors open @ 8:00pm
21+

We have tickets now! $10.00 in advance.
Thank you Philly - Gearing up for Kent

Thank you so much Philly. The Digital Ferret show was a blast. It was great to see so many familiar faces, some from as far as New Jersey and NYC. It was equally great to see so many new faces and make some new friends. We experimented with a few new things during our performance, and it seemed to have been very well received. Many, many thank you's to all who donated and bought merch. We can't express how much we appreciate it. Also many thanks to Joe, Dean, Brandon, and the rest of the Digital Ferret crew for having us, and for all of your hospitality. We wish you much success with your future fourth Friday events. Last but certainly not least, thank you to DJ Constantine, Rise of Because, and Paul Romano for sharing your art, music, and vision. Everyone's efforts made the evening a very inspiring and entertaining one, and the audience who filled the store and graced us with an open ear made it all worthwhile.

------

Up next for us is a last minute gig in Kent Ohio (way back in 68), happening this Thursday as part of the Schizophrenia 4 pre-pre-party!
Prometheus Burning news - August 2009

- First of all, we'd like to say THANKS! to the people who have been purchasing/downloading our music from our Bandcamp site. With the proceeds we've made from Bandcamp during the last few weeks, we were able to get more T-Shirts pressed, as well as print a bunch of promo cards featuring some incredible artwork by Kallisti Design (the same folks who designed our poster for the IT AINT DEAD YET tour). The cards have artwork and info for Prometheus Burning on one side, Four Pi Movement on the other. As always, any money we make from our music goes right back into the music. Your support is much appreciated.

- In case you missed it, we have more T-Shirts and Girly Tanks in stock! All orders from last week and during the weekend have been mailed out as of this morning, so you should be receiving them soon. We are now out of the 2XL's, and only have two XL's left in stock. Check out the design and purchasing info here: http://www.prometheus-burning.com/?p=591

- We have a show coming up this week in Philly at Digital Ferret as part of their fourth Friday noise and art event series. This will be a rather noisy show from us this time around, and we will be experimenting with some newer material. View the flyer and event info here: http://www.prometheus-burning.com/?p=589

- We are doing a last minute gig in Kent Ohio next week on Thursday, September 3rd, at the Pre-Pre-Schizophrenia 4 event. Details will be posted soon.

- We were recently interviewed by Alex for Rivet Head Radio 90.5 WUSC FM in South Carolina. The interview aired on August 11th, and is now available as MP3 in two parts for your listening pleasure:

ProBurn-RivetHeadRadioInterview-Part1.mp3
ProBurn-RivetHeadRadioInterview-Part2.mp3

- Much progress is being made with our next 12inch record. If all continues to go well, we hope to have production finished by the end of September. The tentative title is "Displacement Disorder". We think fans of our "Retribution" album will greatly enjoy the direction this current record is traveling.

Thank you for listening.

Prometheus Burning news - July 2009

- Last month we mentioned a possible tour for August. This has been postponed. We had a few gigs already confirmed which we were very excited about, but we simply have not had enough time to organize an entire South/West Coast tour on such short notice. We are going to hold off until we can give ourselves and promoter's proper time to prepare. We hope to do a stretch out West and down South sometime before the year is over... it's just not going to happen as soon as August like we originally wanted!

- We are currently seeking gigs for one-off shows during the months of August, September, and October. This is not limited to just the East Coast or even the United States! For once our schedule is fairly open for the next 3 months and we are available for long distance and over seas shows. If you want to see us perform in your city and know of any promoters, spread the word. If any promoters reading this would be interested in booking us, please contact us at: prometheus.burning [at] gmail.com

- This week we confirmed two upcoming gigs that will be very extraordinary: Philly show at Digital Ferret in August, and a Fetish / Art Gallery related Pittsburgh show at The Rex in September. Details and flyers for both of these shows will be coming soon.

- Another batch of Plague called huMANity T-shirts and Girly Tanks are being printed this month! The design will be the same as featured on the shirts we were selling during the It Ain't Dead Yet tour. We will have them in time for the Digital Ferret show.

- All of our albums are now digitally available (for cheap or free!) on our BandCamp site: prometheusburning.bandcamp.com. BandCamp is fairly new, and if you are unfamiliar with it, check it out! The site is currently free for us to host our music on, allow listeners to stream entire tracks, and offer multiple high quality digital formats. The best part is, if you buy our music there the proceeds go directly to us! No middlemen involved to nickel and dime us to death. No iTunes taking a cut or digital distributor fees or any of that shit. Out of all the options we've looked into over the years, this is by far the best for digital sales and interactions between fans and bands to show support and gratitude to each other... there is no telling how long it will last though. They may start changing things or charging fees, so get it while the getting is good.

- We are not available for shows during labor day weekend because we will be getting busy at little get together called Schizophrenia 4 along with a few friends and associates... you might have heard about it. No, we are not performing there this year. We are still trying to regain our sanity from last years. Just going to escape this Summer of broken dreams and step out into the void where nothing is true and everything is permitted:

Update about the Industrial Cancer compilation

Due out this Fall is a 4 Disc Industrial compilation entitled: ELECTRONIC
SAVIORS: Industrial Music To Cure Cancer. Jim Semonik, the frontman of
EBM band Rein[Forced] (currently on DSBP records) is the creator of this
amazing compilation

As some of you may have read back in November, Semonik was diagnosed in
Spring of 08 with Colorectal Cancer. Though devastated by this news, he went
on to fight the disease within him with everything he had. After a year of
pain, suffering, and medical treatment, Semonik finally overcame the disease
and is now in the final stages of recovery. To raise awareness about Cancer,
Semonik decided to put together a compilation consisting of many great names
from the Industrial genre. Furthermore, all the proceedings generated by
the compilation would be given to a charitable organization devoted to
curing Cancer.

And now, after months of work, the compilation is near completion. What's
more, is that this compilation consists of nothing but EXCLUSIVE AND NEW tracks and mixes from all the artists involved! Semonik is now in negotiation with several major Industrial labels to release and distribute
this comp, as well as in negotiation with various charitable organizations
who would receive all the proceedings generated by the compilation

Below is the list of confirmed artists contributing to the
compilation and the discs on which they appear. Note that these artists
appear in no particular order, as a track listing (ie, the order in which
the tracks appear) has not been finalized as of yet:

Disc 1: Chemotherapy (Industrial Rock)
16 Volt
Chemlab
I:Scintilla
SMP
Cyanotic
Acumen Nation
Stromkern
EverythingGoesCold
Christ Analogue
Mindless Faith
Deathline Int'l
Wreckcreation
EVP
Agnes Wired For Sound
Hardwire

Disc 2: Radiation (Power Noise, Experimental, Avante Garde, Down Tempo)
Terrorfakt
Caustic
Alter Der Ruine vs. Premeditated Light
Burikusu
Boole
CyberStrukture
Boxed Warning
The Atomica Project
Terror Firma Sky
Jordan Decay
Tower Opens Fire
Jon Zaremba
The Hose Face
Paralyzed Circuitry
Nyarlathotep

Disc 3: Surgery (Harsh EBM, Dark Electro)
Rein[Forced]
Suicide Commando
Aesthetic Perfection
Nachtmahr
Nolongerhuman
FGFC820
Vicious Alliance
Andraculoid
Prometheus Burning vs. Rein[Forced]
Massiv in Mensch featuring Mind.in.a.box (exclusive mix)
The Gothsicles
The Dark Clan
Encoder vs. Rein[Forced] vs. Patricia Wake
XuberX
Vircon

Disc 4: Recovery (EBM, Futurepop, Synthpop, Darkwave, Goth)
Assmeblage23
System Syn
Imperative Reaction
Interface
Iris
The Azoic
Spahn Ranch
Deviant UK (Rotersand Mix)
Obscenity Trial (XP8 Mix)
Backandtotheleft
SD6
Neurobash
Thou Shalt Not
Debutante
Hypefactor

Prometheus Burning news - June 2009

- Working on organizing a South / West Coast tour for early August! We will be traveling with other fellow Pittsburgh experimental electronic artists. In no particular order, the tentative band roster is:

Prometheus Burning (Crunch Pod, Hive, Thac0)
Xanopticon (Hymen, Zhark, Mutant Sniper)
8Cylinder (Mode of Proof, Rhinoplex)
Vasculator (Void Tactical Media, also member of ProBurn)

Nothing has been set in stone yet... we are still figuring out the logistics of it all, what cities and dates. If any promoters down South or West Coast are interested, please email us to talk about things further.

- Combated in the 6th annual Galactic Assdragon Classic laptop battle last night. Saw many friends and familiar faces from all over the place. Contestants came from Ohio, Detroit, and even as far as Chicago. We plan to continue working on the tracks we used in the battle to lay down on our next 12" record. These tracks lean pretty far into the area of Dubstep. We wanted to experiment with mixing styles for the battle like we do every year, and this year focused on combining elements of Dubstep and Industrial. The end result was a very dark, heavy sound with much emphasis on complex basslines and sub frequencies... not "traditional" Dubstep by any means.

- We have been making much progress in the studio with the Four Pi Movement project. The first (and possibly only) release is coming together slowly but surely. Expect to see a very limited but unique package in the near future, containing these recording sessions and some other hand made art and creations conceptualized for this release. A new recording was added to the myspace page entitled "Without Reason or Justification".

- We recorded some vocals with Jim, aka DJ Hiem of the band Rein[Forced] for the Industrial Cancer Benefit compilation he is putting together. After months of work and changing things around, we are finally happy with our song and submitted the final version to him last week. Other artists that have submitted their songs so far are: 16 Volt, Alter Der Ruine, Molecule Party, Hype Factor, Everything Goes Cold, Interface, Assemblage 23, SD6, Backandtotheleft, System Syn, Caustic, XuberX, Jordan Decay, The Dark Clan, Encoder, Obscenity Trial, Boxed Warning, and a few more that I can't remember off the top of my head. Plus there are still a bunch more who have not finished just yet, but will be complete in time to meet the deadline. We are damn proud to contribute to this compilation, as well as to the cause, which is to raise money to help fight cancer, which all the proceeds will be going to... like how a REAL fundraiser compilation with a REAL purpose should do.

Also this compilation is not only raising money for the cause, it is also already raising awareness. The local media has been picking up on Jim and what he is doing, and recently did a report and interview of him. Check it out: http://kdka.com/video/?id=58023@kdka.dayport.com

Two new reviews of PCH, and a question for you

Ben of Crunch Pod notified us of two new reviews of Plague called huMANity floating around out there on teh interbutts.

The first is from Re:Gen Magazine, viewable here.

The second is from DarkTwinCities, viewable here.

Both are fairly positive, which we are thankful for. We are curious though... how many people rely on reviews such as these to determine if they will purchase an album or not?

It seems like labels send out so many free "promo" albums to reviewers all the time, only to have maybe half of them actually come through with a review. And it seems like those that do come through, most of them don't publish the reviews until months after the album is already released. It seems like by the time these reviews start popping up, most people will have already had plenty of time to create their own opinion based on sound samples, downloaded versions, etc, and determine weather or not they will be buying the album.

Just curious how many actually wait around for the reviews these days, and if not, what helps you to determine if you are going to buy an album or not? Judging by how many unpaid for downloaded copies of Plague we saw the numbers for, it seems like most simply "try before buy" these days, often times before the album is even officially released, like what happened with our nBoyde raRepi remix album. If this is the case, then everyone with a blog is essentially taking on the role of being their own "reviewer", and would make the standard slow reviews from the zines pretty much obsolete for the most part, yes?

Please share your thoughts if any.

Plague called huMANity review - Connexion Bizarre

We were sent an email yesterday linking us to a freshly posted review of PCH on the Connexion Bizarre website, giving it a 9/10! Copy pasta'd below is the review in its entirety...

----------

Prometheus Burning - Plague Called HuMANity
CD, Crunch Pod, 2009
prometheus-burning.com

From the first awed glimpse of Paul McCarroll's surreal cover art to the initial throbbing anguished moans of "The Box", this latest album from what are quite possibly one of the most exciting acts in industrial and electro music today leaves the listener with some fairly high expectations. Expectations, I am pleased to report, that are for the most part fulfilled very well.

Musically, "Plague Called HuMANity" carries on where frontwoman Nikki Telladictorian and electronics wizard Greg VanEck last left off with their vinyl-only 2008 release "Retribution" - harsh polyrhythmic percussion and grinding melodic structures overlaid with the unmistakable screeching vocal texture that has become, according to many listeners, the trademark sound of Prometheus Burning. It is therefore likely that if you have experienced this band before, you will be satisfied with the sonic arrays they bring to bear on this album. Their late-80s, early-90s influences are more noticeable on this record than on previous releases: the overall feel of the album, especially from a purely rhythmic point of view, draws startlingly similar parallels to the feelings generated by Skinny Puppy's "Too Dark Park" album. This is especially noticeable on the slower, groovier "Ourobouros Deathride" - from its call-response vocal structure to the new wave synth stylings in the bridge section. Even their recently-completed tour with Caustic and the Gothsicles was named "It Ain't Dead Yet", an obvious nod to the fathers of modern EBM.

Other surprises in store on "Plague Called HuMANity" include a dark, depressing take on Ministry's old-school floorfiller, "You Know What You Are" and some hauntingly clean vocals on "Elpis (Hope is not enough)". Enough to send shivers down any spine. While massively complex (and consequently intimidating for many listeners) in terms of content, "Plague Called HuMANity" nevertheless shows great appeal across a range of genres - blending elements of industrial, electro, IDM and breakcore into a cohesive package. An intelligent, hugely creative conceptual album that heralds even greater things to come. My personal favourite aspect of this far-reaching accomplishment is quite simple, because it resonates with my own feelings: the insinuation that all the terrible things that poured into the world upon Pandora's ill-fated opening of her eponymous box can be summed up, quite succinctly, as a plague called humanity...

-- David vander Merwe [9/10], Connexion Bizarre

The tour may be over, but it definitely ain't dead yet!

So the IT AIN'T DEAD YET 2009 tour has come to a close. From the bands to the promoters, from the people giving us crash pads to the awesome fans that came out to the shows, everyone is back to their collective daily grind. It was truly an amazing couple of weeks. I think it is safe to say all of us in the bands involved have brought back a lot with us... new thoughts, ideas, and affirmations. I don't think any of us are quite the same person we were as when we hit the road 18 days ago. Like any "trip", we have returned from it with new experiences, knowledge, and wisdom. Our eyes are open a little bit wider.

To try and summarize everything that unfolded during this tour would be entirely too time consuming. So many ups and downs, moments made of awesome and epic win, moments of near disaster and fail. A cyclone of every conceivable human emotion. Even the weather changes we experienced while on the road were of every type of extreme, from the freak but devastating blizzard in Madison, to the debilitating fog on the way to Salem, from the blinding rainstorms in the Mountains of West Virginia, to the scorching hot sun in Atlanta that gave half of my body and neck mild sunburn while driving. It's as if we experienced an entire years worth of seasonal shifts all condensed into a fleeting two week period. There is simply too much we could write about. Attempting to do so would transform this blog entry into a small novel, with every show, every city, deserving its own chapter in the story of our lives.

To try and properly thank everyone who helped us along our journey or helped shape the experience would also be a daunting task. But I will try my best. If I accidentally leave anyone deserving of gratitude off this list or misspell some names, I apologize. Please know that we are all extremely grateful for everything everyone bestowed upon us during this tour, and that we met quite a few new people, so forgive me if my brain is not all there right now.

We would like to express a metric fuck ton of thanks to:

Matt of Caustic for taking on the mind boggling task of being manager of this three ring circus sideshow of freaks. You conducted the chaos like a true maestro and made the magic happen man. Infinite thanks to you good sir. Also thanks for being gentle in bed as it was my first time, and for drinking all the band beer every night, preventing me from getting a DUI or wrecking my car.

Brian and Katja of The Gothsicles for letting us use your badass projector and screen, your DI box, and for assisting with our visuals and stage theatrics. And also for being awesome night after night and forcing us try to keep up with your level 99 energy levels even when we felt exhausted as shit. Maxed power is maxed out.

Kat, aka DJ Pleasure Kitten in Detroit for being so god damn awesome and letting us crash and trash your lovely house for two full days and nights. The time we all spent hanging with you and your roommates was definitely some of the most fun we had the entire tour. Your hospitality is very appreciated.

Dave and the entire Xuberx crew for letting us crash at their massive house and for showing us around DC for two days. The Museum of Crime & Punishment was most rad, as was getting to eat at Sunflower.

Peter Lee from Force of Nature for getting in the face of Frank the Douchebag in Salem and helping us get paid, as well as for letting us crash at your place. Your wife's breakfast foods was a lifesaver.

JDavid and Andy Deane for letting us get some much needed rest and showers at both your houses in Virginia. Also for taking us to that breakfast joint and picking up the tab! I love me some vegetarian friendly tex mex style breakfast.

Will, aka DJ Dyztort and the rest of the QXT's crew for bringing us out once again and being true professionals. The Jersey show was next level. Also for the bottles of Perrier!

Jim, Gary, and the rest of the Distortion Productions crew in Pittsburgh. The show was good times all around. Also thanks to the crew for the food catering and for helping with the gear loading/unloading.

Chris in Columbus for the hospitality. Your personal zoo of mutant and exotic animals was very rad.

Nathan in Atlanta for buying us all Sushi and getting me to try some new foods that I normally would avoid. It was delicious.

Matt, Randolph, and the rest of the Kinetic Noise crew in the Windy City for having us yet again and showing us the love. Chicago is starting to feel like our home away from, and we are actually giving serious thought to moving there in the near future. As always, you guys rock.

Kelly and her roommates in Atlanta for letting us sleep in your fancy, artistic, Clockwork Orange style house. The Medical room made me realize I had a fetish for things I never realized. Also for taking us to that crazy strip club after the show where we could witness 60 year old strippers crush cans of PBR with their tits. That was a supreme ending to the tour for us.

To all of the Promoters who threw caution to the wind to book our crazy asses.

To all of the Sound Guys we encountered who all did superb jobs... with the exception of the Richie Hawtin looking dude in Philly who knew less about sound engineering than any of us, as well as the the most unprepared unprofessional tool we have ever had the displeasure of working with. Other than him, each and every Sound Engineer we encountered was like a gift from the gods. I apologize for not remembering all of your names, but we will definitely remember all of your faces and the great work you did for us.

To the opening bands Defcon, Split Horizon, My Parasites, Xuberx, and The Dark Clan. All of you rocked it proper and it was a pleasure to share the stage with you guys and gals.

Last but most certainly not least, many, many thanks to everyone who felt like showing up. We know we can't please everyone, and that some of our performances were better than others. But in every city we visited, no matter how big or small the crowd, we made plenty of new friends and fans by the end of the evening. So many of you had such nice things to say. So many of you showed your support in so many ways, from buying our CD's and Merch, to giving us gifts and toys, to just hanging out afterward and taking a picture with us. We deeply appreciate all of it. This tour was entitled IT AIN'T DEAD YET not only as a spoof of the similar Skinny Puppy title, but because we indeed wanted to prove to the scene, as well as to ourselves, that the essence of Industrial is indeed not yet dead. Each and every one of you that come out to these shows are living proof of this. It is the audience that shapes the scene, and you were all one hell of an audience. We couldn't ask for more. We have returned home, through all the ups and downs, ultimately inspired and eager to start working on our next album. As always, thank you for listening.

Nikki has been going through and organizing some of the many pictures and videos all of you have been linking to us. Please keep them coming!
